Job Description
We are looking for a talented and technically proficient Presales Engineer to join our team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunication technologies and a passion for providing technical solutions to meet client needs. As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Design and propose technical solutions that meet client needs and align with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather information for solution design.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFQ responses and other sales-related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales or technical engineering role, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical software.
