The company ELECNET S.A., responding to the demands of modern business realities and aiming to improve its organizational structure and internal communication, with the goal of providing faster and better service to its customers, has decided to design and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015.
The company’s Quality Management System includes the design, marketing, installation, and technical support of telecommunications networks and photovoltaic systems. It was developed in alignment with the needs and aspirations of the company, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements of applicable Greek and EU legislation.
The company is committed to complying with the legislative and regulatory framework governing its activities, while also supporting and implementing the Quality Management System by establishing SMART quality goals. These goals are based on the full and constructive cooperation of both its employees and partners.
Customer satisfaction and the assurance of customer trust, through the fulfillment of defined quality specifications and consistency in deliveries, are fundamental principles of ELECNET S.A. The general objective is to offer the company’s customers products and services of excellent quality and high benefit. More specifically, the company seeks to:
- Reduce the percentage of non-compliant services and products
- Continuously expand the company’s market share domestically and internationally, while covering the needs of more distribution points, all while ensuring high quality
- Continuously upgrade the company’s capabilities through training programs and the recruitment of qualified new employees
- Continuously improve the Quality Management System and the operation of the company
Additionally, the values of ELECNET S.A. include avoiding environmental pollution, the prudent use of natural resources, and the implementation of health and safety rules. The principles of the system, as well as the quality objectives, are reviewed at regular intervals by the company’s management to adapt to new needs and developments in the market and legislative requirements, aiming to achieve the continuous improvement of the company’s operations.
Through these continuous reviews, the management is consistently identifying both human and logistical needs. Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to meet these needs, as they arise and evolve, to the best of its ability.
Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is required to contribute to quality management and the achievement of the set goals. For this reason, all employees, depending on their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and act in accordance with the requirements of the standard and the company.
It is also the responsibility of the management of ELECNET S.A. to ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and applied by all employees of the company. The main goal is the continuous, stable development of its business activity, with unwavering commitment to its principles and the ongoing delivery of excellent quality products and services to its customers.
