• Presentation of the Employment Contract to the candidate
• Document Control: Passport – Identity Card – Drivers License
• Check of diplomas for special professional categories (Machinery driving permits, Engineering Degrees, Seminars, etc.)
• Check the level of knowledge of foreign languages if they have been declared as an additional qualification of the candidate.
• Medical and toxicological examinations and written medical certificate for work suitability
• First aid training with written certification
• Seminars on Living and Working Abroad Personal tripartite interview with the candidate via Teams
• Possibility of specialized seminars and creation of training plan based on Customer requirements through ELECNET ACADEMY
• Monitoring the signing of the candidates contract with the Client
• Scheduling the candidates start of work and organizing his/her transition to the country of work
